Completed Courses

If you have been on staff a number of years and have not yet completed your IBS requirements, you may be wondering how you can find out what courses you have completed. In January of 1995, the U.S. Campus Ministry took over IBS from the International School of Theology (ISOT).  The Campus Ministry has electronic records of IBS courses taken in the United States from 1995 to the present. For records of courses taken before 1995, you will need to contact ibs.info@cru.org (see below).

IBS Graduation Form

If you have finished your required IBS courses, please download and complete the IBS Graduation form. This form can be found the IBS Graduation page.

IBS Courses Taken between 1960 and 1994

Records of IBS courses taken prior to 1995 were held by The Kings University (which took over ISOT in 2002).  The Kings University closed their Fontana campus in July 2017. We now have access to these records. You can send a transcript request to ibs.info@cru.org. If you took classes directly from ISOT, please read below.

IBS Courses Taken 1995 to the Present

For an accurate list of IBS courses in U.S. 1995 to present, send an email to ibs.info@cru.org and we will send you a screen shot of your coures.  Some IBS courses can be viewed online. (These records are posted for your convenience and are NOT official.  They only show courses taken up to summer 2019.)

IBS Courses Taken Directly From ISOT

If you have taken courses directly from ISOT all the way up to 2002, when ISOT closed, you will need to contact The Kings University. The Campus Ministry has NO records of any ISOT courses. See "Obtaining an Official Transcript of IBS Coursework" for more info.

IBS Courses Taken Overseas

IBS (U.S.) has no records of IBS courses offered overseas.  To obtain a record of these courses, you must contact whoever offered these courses. You will find a list of Cru graduate schools here.  If you cannot find a transcript, we will accept an email from the instructor certifying that you took (and passed) a course.
